Justin and his crew did an outstanding job and cleaned up very well. Any questions I’ve had he is always available and helpful. His team went above and beyond on a job that was really in need of going the extra mile

I want to give 5 stars because the 2 electricians that came to my house several weeks ago were amazing. Super kind and helpful and all around great! However, I was supposed to get a call with a quote on fixing a wire for my dryer and they didn't call. I understand, things happen and it's probably super busy this time of year. So I called a week later, no answer, left a voice-mail and still haven't gotten a call back. I waited until after Christmas time, tried calling again, no answer again. It has now been almost a month since they've been out and I've been without a dryer and without the quote and appointment to get that wire fixed or re-ran. It's just super disheartening.

John did an excellent job making repairs and was a great communicator and consultant on my homes electrical issues. He identified some problems caused by another electrician and helped ensure it was fixed properly. Will definitely use Fello and work with John again!

Edit:
Hired for another extensive job and had multiple quality control issues on the finished appearance of devices. It was painful to rectify and we had to fix some of it ourselves.

Justin was very helpful and was able to help get my power back on under 10 minutes! My entire house had an outage for hours and I couldn’t figure out what the issue was but he quickly fixed everything!

In mid April 2025 we had appliances popping and sizzeling due to a power surge. We called Fello Electric and Justin came to our house that same day. We were told he fixed the immediate problem but told us we needed to replace our electric panel.
He said he would work up an itemized quote. We received the quote a few days later. We appreciated the quick response and professional services of the Fello Electric personnel. We could highly highly recommend this company for all your electrical needs.
